As chief executive officer of Mellina Associates LLC since 2020, he provides strategic advisory services to startups and small to mid sized companies, with a focus on operational efficiency, growth strategy, and executive leadership guidance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mellina has demonstrated deep expertise in strategic consulting, business transformation, operational growth, and leadership development. His advisory work emphasizes practical, high impact solutions that support sustainable business growth across multiple industries.

Prior to founding Mellina Associates LLC, Mr. Mellina served as chief executive officer and vice chair of Gartland and Mellina Group from 2008 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at KPMG Consulting, where he played a key role in hiring initiatives and mentoring emerging leaders, reinforcing his long standing commitment to professional development.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in physics/mathematics and a Master of Business Administration from Iona University. His professional affiliations include involvement with UNICO Association, the Iona Alumni, and KPMG Alumni.
