Following a 39-year career in the United States Army Reserve, she now serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlowLogic Solutions, a Decision Readiness Advisory firm helping executive leaders strengthen organizational readiness before making critical business decisions.

Established in 2025, the firm specializes in Decision Readiness Advisory services for healthcare organizations and other highly regulated industries. Working closely with C-suite executives, Ms. Meredith helps organizations assess their readiness before significant strategic decisions, identify hidden risks and operational gaps, and implement practical solutions that strengthen performance, reduce uncertainty, and improve long-term outcomes. Her advisory approach is built upon military-tested principles of preparation, accountability, and disciplined execution.

Ms. Meredith holds a Master of Strategic Studies, a Master of Management Administration, and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration. Her academic background complements decades of leadership experience spanning military operations, healthcare administration, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her military career, Ms. Meredith demonstrated exceptional leadership across increasingly complex assignments, culminating in two senior command roles — the military equivalent of chief executive positions: Commander of a hospital center within a U.S. Army medical command, and Commander of a medical management center within Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. She retired in 2025. Her career also includes senior civilian strategic roles in the federal government, including service within the FDA Human Foods Program and as a Senior Food Defense Analyst with the USDA. Her ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure environments consistently produced successful outcomes and established her reputation for strategic resourcefulness, innovation, and mission-focused leadership.

Drawing upon these experiences, Ms. Meredith founded FlowLogic Solutions to help organizations prepare for their own moments of truth. Her expertise includes decision readiness assessments, strategic guidance, gap identification and remediation, crisis decision-making, business intelligence, medical operations, innovation, and strategic partnerships.
