With over two decades of experience, Brian Delozier Slocum has established a successful career in corporate and state taxation, focusing on specialized areas such as taxes on controlled foreign corporations, stress testing of banks, default calculations, and ASC 740 provisions. Currently, Mr. Slocum serves as a corporate tax senior and tax lead associate at Fannie Mae, a position he has held since 2022. His previous roles include tax consultant at Morgan Franklin Consulting, senior associate at BDO USA LLP, and associate in the tax department at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Slocum's journey in accounting began with a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting, graduating summa cum laude from American University's Kogod School of Business in 2007.
