Brittaney C. Young founded BCY Solutions, a company she established in 2020 to help businesses enhance their process implementations and project management strategies. 

With 14 years of industry experience, Mrs. Young’s background is ingrained in strategic planning and execution. She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Auburn University and has pursued further education in human resources and employee relations through a graduate certificate from Penn State University. Additionally, her legal expertise is demonstrated by a graduate certificate in paralegal studies from Meredith College, leading to certification by the North Carolina Bar Association in 2013.

With each position she has held over her 14-year career as a paralegal and then human resources professional before beginning BCY Solutions, she has elevated her proficiency in process implementation and project management. Mrs. Young excelled as a co-founder of Launch Llama, a web design and marketing firm, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills and gained valuable leadership experience. Mrs. Young also maintains prominent affiliations, including with the North Carolina Bar Association and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Mrs. Young’s commitment to professional excellence has been recognized through several prestigious accolades. She was featured in The NYC Journal’s Top 30 Inspiring Women to Look Out For in 2022 and named among the Top 100 Inspirational Women by The Hoinser Queens Book. She was also recognized by the Marquis Who’s Who of America Award in Business and Professional Women in 2024. These honors highlight her dedication to resilience, innovation, and excellence in this industry.

Looking ahead, she is currently working on a book that explores overcoming childhood trauma, with the goal of empowering young women who have faced similar challenges. Additionally, she is developing a project management application designed to bridge communication gaps between teams and clients, further solidifying her reputation as a forward-thinking leader in business solutions.

 

Mrs. Young is currently working as the Training Coordinator for the United States Marine Corps Judge Advocate Office as she found that she misses the fast-paced and detail-oriented projects that come with working in the legal field, her first true calling. Her career plans may have shifted over the years as she returns to her roots but rest assured, Mrs. Young will always land on her feet and provide the best support and service to her clients.
