Carol has a Master’s Degree is Clinical Social Work, was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing on providing care to inpatient/outpatient psychiatric patients and as a Geriatric Social Worker. She taught HypnoBirthing for 8 years and became a Nationally Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a thriving private practice. Carol began her essential oils business in October 2013 and has grown her team in the last two years to over 4300 business members, 27,000 members and over $1.8 million in sales per month. She has reached the top rank within Young Living in 27 months. Carol works alongside her husband Scott in all facets of their Young Living business. The business has grown so much so that Carol and Scott were able to quit their other jobs to just focus on their essential oil business.

Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year, Carol maintains affiliation with the non-profits, Young Living Foundation and Seaside Giving, holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors at Babies by the Sea, Inc and enjoys quality family time, going to the beach, yoga, reading and traveling in her free time.
