Seattle, WA/ Continental Who’s Who/- Carolyn Blanche Hale is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Non-Profit Organization. Carolyn is the Director for Circle of Friends for Mental Health.
Founded over a decade ago, Circle of Friends for Mental Health is dedicated to working with individuals to overcome mental health issues and to enhance the quality of life and self-expression through art.
A member of the National Alliance for Mental Health Association, League of Women Voters and Center for Cultural Interchange, Carolyn has been the Director for fourteen years where she specializes in various facets of teaching.
She prepares creative writing, drama, music, painting and photography classes for individuals with mental health issues and also pairs community volunteers with programs. Prior to working for Circle of Friends for Mental Health, Carolyn was a teacher for over thirty years.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Carolyn earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum from the University of Washington in addition to an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland- College Park.
