Dr. Jones pursued higher education at the graduate level at Florida Memorial University where she earned a Master of Business Administration. She later attended Higher Place Christian University where she received a Doctor of Divinity. She is also a certified USIDHR consultant.

Dr. Jones is the founder and CEO of ACLJ Worldwide LLC, a company that she notes operates several online higher education institutions focusing on spiritual education and career development. She explained that these institutions include the United Kingdom Prophetic Conservatory; ACLJ-School of the Prophets; and Children of the Supernatural-School of the Gifted offering seminaries and courses related to supernatural and biblical mysteries; prophetic training; and nurturing spiritual gifts in children. She is an expert in spiritual education and advocacy and has a background in theology and divinity, which she uses to teach and advocate for spiritual matters and human rights.

When considering her extraordinary success, Dr. Jones is most proud of building and leading her company, ACLJ Worldwide LLC, for 12 years. She asserts that she is also a renowned coach and advocate of women through her empowerment group, Mantled and Mentored, and serves as a human rights consultant for the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.

Recognized nationally for her impact, Dr. Jones was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award under President Joe Biden in 2022 for her influential leadership in community service. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 10 Trailblazers of America by KISH Magazine and featured in several professional magazines.
