As the founder of DR Consulting and Credentialing Services, a prominent consulting firm specializing in healthcare, Ms. Rice brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the field, particularly in the areas of mental health, urgent care, primary care, substance use, and national consulting.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Lab Technology from Marshall University, Ms. Rice has dedicated her career to ensuring that patients receive the care they need, when they need it. She holds HM3 Certification in Nursing from the United States Navy and is certified as a point of care technician and phlebotomist. Her consulting services are designed to address the diverse needs of healthcare organizations across the nation, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

Building a firm foundation for her career, Ms. Rice worked in the health field for many years in numerous capacities. From March 2023 to December 2023, she worked as a Progressive Medical Services (Temporary) in the United States. She also served in a Medical and Corporate Compliance for allergy testing and immunotherapy program, where her duties include but were not limited to state and governmental compliance, record maintenance and compliance for insurance regulatory measures, client relations, demo of new products and lines of business, direct patient care and day to day operations of offices in the DMV area as needed; and forming written policies and procedures for a multi-specialty clinic, provided consulting as needed for multi-specialty clinic and new lines of business.

The healthcare professional later served as an administrator at My Medical Clinic, P.A. (Temporary) in the United States from January 2023 to March 2023. In this role, her responsibilities included provider, credentialing, billing, staffing, supervision and coordination of clinic office; record maintenance and compliance for insurance regulatory measures; and insured compliance with all federal and state regulations; and direct patient care and day-to-day operations of office. Prior to this post, Ms. Rice was a territory manager from October 21 to December 2022. In this position, Ms. Rice worked with St. Jude Laboratories in the United States from October 2021 to December 2022; worked in sales and operations management special projects manager for healthcare clinic, Prana Care; Trained staff on CRM, sales strategies, and operations; client onboarding and relationship management; and utilization management for molecular and genetic patients. Ms. Rice also has significant experience as a provider enrollment specialist; an administrator for a weight loss and sleep disorder clinic; IOP laboratory manager; phlebotomist; point-of-care laboratory technician/receptionist; staff nurse; sterile processing technician/surgical technician; and medical assistant. She is also fluent in American Sign Language. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Rice is deeply committed to her family. She is dedicated to her mother, Eleanor Jean, and her daughter, Chantel. Additionally, she honors the memory of her late husband, Gerald, whose legacy continues to inspire her work in the healthcare industry.
