Garnering ten years of experience, Dr. Burton is a noted expert in negotiating tier 1 hospital facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, article (28, 31 and 32) clinics, radiology and dialysis centers, large IPA physician groups, skilled nursing, laboratories and mental health facilities. 

Working in this capacity allows Dr. Burton to utilize her expertise in the areas of business development, healthcare information technology, hospital and ancillary contracting, implementation, process improvement, project management, negotiations and more. A testament to her success, Dr. Burton is the author of a training manual used in a certification program at the University of Maryland.

Furthermore, Dr. Burton holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from Columbia University following receipt of her MBA from Colorado University.
