
Washington County, MD - Eli Roza, MD, is being

the Medical field and in acknowledgment of his work at Meadow Kidney Care.
As a respected Nephrologist, Dr. Eli Roza has
been treating patients at Meadow Kidney Care in Washington County, MD, since
1980. Dr. Eli Roza treats patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension,
diabetes, and kidney transplants. He cares for dialysis patients at the
dialysis clinics and at home. In addition, he provides examinations and spends
considerable time with the patient and family to design individual treatment
plans for the patient.
The practice has grown significantly in the
decades since its opening, and now offers patients treatment in West Virginia,
Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Patients can access dialysis centers at FMC Oak
Hill, FMC Robinwood, FMC Waynesboro, FMC Martinsburg, FMC Eastern Panhandle,
FMC Chambersburg, FMC Charles Town, Davita Hagerstown, and Western Maryland Hospital
Center.
Dr. Roza is affiliated with Meritus Medical Center, Berkeley Medical Center,
Chambersburg Hospital, Waynesboro Hospital, and Jefferson Medical Center. Dr.
Roza also serves as the Medical Director for the Dialysis Clinics of Hagerstown
(Fresenius Healthcare), and is the Chief of Nephrology at Meritus Medical
Center. His professional affiliations include the American Medical Association,
the American College of Physicians, and the Renal Physicians Association.
To pursue his college education, Dr. Roza earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Biology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He next attended
SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine, where he earned his Medical degree. Dr. Roza
then completed an Internal Medicine residency at Washington University in St.
Louis, followed by Fellowship training in Nephrology at the University of
Minnesota (Hennipen Medical Center.) He is board-certified in Internal Medicine
and Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
Outside of his clinical role, Dr. Roza frequently gives educational talks
regarding new medications in the field and about kidney disease treatment and
prevention.
