Erica M. Collins, MBA, has established a distinguished career as a senior human resources professional within the quasi governmental sector, demonstrating expertise in workforce management, organizational growth, and operational leadership. Through her role as a contractor to the state, she oversees comprehensive operations that support critical safety net services, ensuring efficiency and stability across large scale workforce environments.

Ms. Collins is recognized for her ability to lead and expand organizations, having successfully grown a team from three employees to 13 direct staff members while contributing to oversight of a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees, including the integration of more than 400 employees through organizational conversions. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to building effective teams and supporting sustainable growth.

Her expertise spans human resources management, payroll operations, and organizational systems implementation. Among her key accomplishments, Ms. Collins implemented the Kronos UKG tracking system for her Human Resources department, enhancing efficiency in timekeeping, payroll processing, and overall workforce management.

She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014 and maintains professional affiliations with GCHR and the Society for Human Resource Management at the national level. Her career achievements include leadership roles dating back to 2009, including her work with Life Christian of America, and recognition through a 10 year service award at her agency.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Collins takes great pride in her role as a mother of three children, each of whom has achieved success in their respective paths. She credits her mother as a lifelong source of inspiration and guidance.

In her personal time, she enjoys cartoons, Marvel films, music from the 1970s and 1980s, singing, dancing, shopping, cruising, and spending quality time with her family.
