Notable achievements include co-leading the North America Program and Change Management Office to drive Grupo Bimbo's global transformation to Oracle Cloud; guiding clinical and business digital transformation at the University of Chicago; and launching a modern national customer contact center that significantly improved the customer experience and service delivery, reshaping Vizient's competitive landscape. 

Her career spans leadership roles across various sectors, including telecommunications, consulting, and consumer goods. She has held positions such as Executive Solution Director and Chief Information Officer at AT&T, as well as senior leadership roles. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor and program developer at Northwestern University and continues to mentor and coach emerging leaders.

Dr. Davalos earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from DePaul University, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development and Transformation from Benedictine University. She has further strengthened her expertise through certifications in Prosci Change Management, AI Adoption, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Change Leadership.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Davalos is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement. Through Waves of Change, she founded the Pay It Forward program, which provides free coaching to advance women leaders. She also serves as a leadership coach, mentor, and contributor to organizations dedicated to expanding opportunities for diverse professionals and strengthening communities.
