Faith Fougeron, LPN, brings deep compassion and expertise to her role at Pope’s Place, a long-term care facility that supports children with complex mental and physical medical needs. With a caseload of 15 critically ill patients, including those diagnosed with cerebral palsy and seizure disorders, Ms. Fougeron plays a vital role in delivering around-the-clock care.

A graduate of the Pittsburgh Adult Education Center in California, she has built a diverse career across hospital inpatient care, home health in Spokane and Seattle, long-term care facilities, and school nursing. Her clinical strengths include injections, wound management, and minor operating procedures, and she remains active in professional development through her affiliation with the Wound Ostomy Care Nursing Association.

Ms. Fougeron’s dedication to pediatric nursing is rooted in her personal background—coming from a family of healthcare professionals who inspired her path. Outside of work, she finds peace in the outdoors, spending time hiking, camping, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.

With decades of hands-on experience, Faith Fougeron continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of medically fragile children and their families, bringing both skill and heart to every shift.
