Frances received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Education from Adelphi University, a Masters of Art from NYIT in Communication/Graphic Design, a Masters of Science from Walden University in General Psychology, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Northcentral University in Behavioral Medicine.
Frances excels in the areas of Marketing and Design, Graphic Design/Illustration, Fine Art, Fund Raising, Organizational Skills, and Advocating for People with Disabilities. Frances is currently a member of APA Division 19, Golden Key International Honour Society, a lifetime member of the International Hypnosis Association, and is recognized for her business accomplishments by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and Continental Who’s Who.
Cotton Candtee, Inc. designs transcend all demographics, and they are proud to be one of the few licensors to design apparel for the U.S. Army in 2014. Due to her charitable efforts, proceeds from sales assist the wounded warriors.
Frances is highly drawn to volunteerism and highly passionate about charitable organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Wounded Warriors, Fallen Firefighters/EMS, and the American Red Cross.
