With over three decades of experience in aviation, Mr. Hayman has established himself as a highly respected businessman and leader. His career includes pivotal roles such as Director at Collins Aerospace's Global Government Services, Vice President at CACI for Aviation Account Executive, Vice President and General Manager for the Federal Civilian Sector at L3 Communications, Director of Boeing's Air Traffic Management Division, and COO/CTO at KENROB.
Renowned for his expertise in strategic leadership, business operations, and marketing and branding, Mr. Hayman attributes his global perspective in aviation to his direct engagements with key global organizations and Air Navigation Service Providers, focusing on aviation policy, operational, and technical aspects of airspace modernization.
One of his notable achievements was being selected for the Blue-Ribbon Panel for the FAA Administrator’s Global Leadership Initiative in 2014. His significant contributions to global air traffic management modernization have earned him various accolades, including the Air Traffic Control Association's (ATCA) Ambassador Award, a testament to his impact on air traffic control quality, safety, and efficiency, and his dedication to ATCA's goals.
An expert in international business, Mr. Hayman is also an author, currently working on a book about character-based leadership and has published several articles on aviation topics. His success, he believes, stems from a balanced approach to life and leadership, and from insights gained from authors like Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Grant Cardone, and Brandon Dawson. He aims to expand his company 10X in the coming years.
Outside his professional life, Mr. Hayman cherishes family time, golf, and frequent visits to Turks and Caicos, a tradition of over 17 years. He is also passionate about cars. He dedicates his professional achievements to his family: his fiancée, a former Colombian model and chef, now a business owner/entrepreneur; a daughter aged 34 and a mother of four; a son aged 32; 18-year-old twins; and two stepsons aged 14 and 11.
