Mr. Doggett, a seasoned veteran in the oil field service and energy sector, is making significant strides in enhancing safety and compliance standards across the industry. Serving as the president, team lead manager, and senior technical consultant at Palladin Associates, LLC, Mr. Doggett brings over four decades of invaluable experience and expertise to the table. In his numerous roles at Palladin Associates, LLC, the business professional provides technical consulting services to the oil and gas industry for regulatory affairs specific to explosives, transportation, radiation, and OSHA. He is also tasked with researching, preparing, and developing the radiation safety program, the training program for both routine and non-routine maintenance and organized the license application for Express Pumping, TX License #L07120 in July 2020. Mr. Doggett also developed a manufacturing program for an explosives provider by securing a PHMSA permit for a new explosive product and a license issued by the ATF in 2022. 

 With a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The University of Texas at El Paso, Mr. Doggett laid the foundation for his illustrious career in the energy sector. Throughout his journey, he has held various leadership roles, demonstrating unwavering dedication to excellence and safety, including positions as Senior Director of QHSE Drilling and Completions and Corporate Radiation Safety Office at C&J Energy Services, Inc.; Senior QHSE Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at CasedHole Solutions, a C&J Energy Services Company; Corporate Director of Explosives, Radiation and Offshore Safety at Pioneer Wireline Services, LLC; and Gulf Coast Area/Southern US HSE Director at E&P Wireline, LLC. His illustrious career also includes roles as Vice-President of Corporate Compliance at Perf-O-Log, Inc.; General Manager of Risk Management at W-H Energy Services, Inc.; North American HSE Manager at Wood Group Logging Services, Inc.; Field Service Engineer at Western Atlas International; Technical Support Manager at Atlas Wireline Services-Export Sales; Technical/Operations Manager at Atlas Wireline Services; Field Engineer/Area Engineer/District Operations Manager at NL McCullough, which was purchased by Atlas Wireline Services in 1998; and Enforcement/Investigations Officer at the US Food and Drug Administration. His commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance has earned him respect and recognition within the industry. 

 In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Doggett served his country as Boatswain Mate Second Class in the US Navy USS Diamond Head AE-19.
