
Philadelphia, PA- Geralyn Moyer, RN, MSN, CLNC, is
being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in
the field of Medicine as the Owner and Manager at Moyer and Associates, Legal
Nurse Consultants, LLC, and a Nurse Manager at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Established in 2014, Legal Nurse Consultants renders
premier expert witness and case researcher services. As a certified legal nurse
consultant (CLNC), Ms. Moyer serves as an expert witness and helps clients find
expert witnesses in areas outside of her purview as well as review cases and
potential cases for attorneys. At Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, she
oversees staff and the day to day operations of an interventional procedural
unit. She has served in this role since March of 2017, previously holding the
same title at Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania for eleven
years.
Backed by over thirty years of experience, Ms. Moyer
is one of the top nurses in Philadelphia, the most populous county in the state
of Pennsylvania. She is revered for her expert legal nursing consulting and
advising, specializing in nursing management, healthcare consulting, nursing
education, critical care, and interventional cardiac / interventional
radiology. She has held leadership positions at various companies and served
patients in other roles such as critical care, cardiac and preoperative
registered nurse. She accredits her successful career to the phenomenal nursing
care she received as a burn victim at the age of five, inspiring her to become
a nurse.
In recognition of academic achievements, Ms. Moyer
earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University, followed by a
Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania where she
focused on Nursing Administration. Always fascinated by the law, she completed
a legal nurse consultant training program, earning a CLNC.
A frontrunner in her field, Ms. Moyer is a member of
several organizations, such as the American Nurses Association, American
Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse
Leaders, and Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association. She remains active
in her community, volunteering as a mentor at St. Katherine of Sienna School
since 2009. She previously volunteered as a hospital chair for the American
Heart Association for three years and is a student mentor at the University of
Pennsylvania for fourteen years.
