Dr. Rzadkowolsky-Raoli pursued higher education at Harvard University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He then attended the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine where he completed a medical degree; finished a residency in diagnostic radiology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York; and concluded a residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. 

The doctor explained that interventional radiology is a specialized field of medicine encompassing a diverse array of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to diagnose and treat various medical issues. In this practice, interventional radiologists employ minimally invasive techniques, utilizing small wires and catheters inserted through tiny needle punctures to address various conditions within the body. He noted that these procedures are guided by imaging technologies like fluoroscopy, CT scans, and ultrasound, which assist interventional radiologists in their interventions.

A board-certified specialist in diagnostic radiology from the American Board of Radiology (ABR), Dr. Rzadkowolsky-Raili explained that the ABR is a physician-led, non-profit organization responsible for administering certifications and facilitating the continuous professional growth of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.

Dr. Rzadkowolsky-Raoli specializes in the management of venous thrombosis diseases; pulmonary embolisms; and localized therapies for liver, lung, and soft tissue cancer. Dedicated to providing the latest innovations in the field, Dr. Rzadkowolsky-Raoli holds affiliations with many prestigious medical institutions, including Palmetto General Hospital; Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute; North Shore Medical Center; and Florida Medical Center, which is a campus of North Shore. The doctor asserts that Palmetto General Hospital is a reputable acute-care facility with 368 beds dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to the expanding communities of Dade and Broward.
