graduating from law school, Mr. Musslewhite joined the firm of Woska &
Hayes, LLP where he represented individuals who were cheated out of their life
savings by brokerage firms including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and others.
Early in his career, Mr. Musslewhite obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the
University of Texas at Austin. Thereafter, Mr. Musslewhite would then go on to
earn his Law degree from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law. Throughout
his career, Mr. Musslewhite attended South Texas College of Law as a visiting
student.
To further enhance his professional development, Mr. Musslewhite is a well-regarded affiliate of
numerous elite organizations including the Texas State Bar, American
Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
In recognition of his professional accolades, Mr. Musslewhite has successfully
recovered millions of dollars for his clients and was able to recover 100% of
the losses plus attorneys’ fees and costs for some of his clients. While
working with his father, Mr. Musslewhite was able to secure a settlement for
one of his clients for an amount in excess of $3,000,000 after trying the case
but before the verdict was rendered.
