He earned his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Miami his Juris Doctorate from The University of Miami. As an Accredited Collaborative Professional with the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals (FACP), Mr. Wasserman is recognized for his mastery of collaborative family law principles and practices.  Mr. Wasserman is a frequent lecturer on Collaborative Family Law Ethics and is a trainer for incoming collaborative law professionals.

Active within the collaborative family law community, Mr. Wasserman serves as an Emeritus Director of FACP and on several committees for the organization.  He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, serving on several of its committees.   Mr. Wasserman is also a member of several Collaborative Law Practice Groups, including, South Palm Beach Collaborative Law Group (PPBCCLG-Choose Collaborative) in Boca Raton; the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida (CFLPSF), the Collaborative Family Law Institute (CFLI) in Miami-Dade County, and the Southwest Collaborative Law Practice Group. He serves in several capacities in these organizations, sharing his knowledge and expertise to support the next generation of collaborative family law practitioners.  Mr. Wasserman received the President’s Award for his exemplary service at the 2024 Annual FACP Conference.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Wasserman has earned numerous accolades and honors for his outstanding contributions to the field of family law. He is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction reserved for attorneys who have achieved the highest level of professional excellence, and has consistently been recognized on the Florida Super Lawyers Top Lawyers list and the South Florida Legal Guides Top Lawyer list in the family law area.
