Jessica Figueroa has established herself as a respected leader in specialty and home infusion pharmacy, earning recognition for her commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and compassionate patient care. As Pharmacist in Charge and Chief Compliance Officer, she oversees specialty and home infusion pharmacy operations while ensuring patients with complex and chronic conditions receive safe, individualized treatment in the comfort of their homes.

With more than 15 years of experience in the pharmacy industry,  Dr. Figueroa has advanced from pharmacy technician to licensed pharmacist and executive leader through a career defined by dedication, continuous learning, and service. Her expertise spans specialty pharmacy operations, home infusion services, clinical program development, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership.

Most recently serving as Director of Specialty Services, Dr. Figueroa led complex clinical operations and service delivery while strengthening programs designed to improve outcomes for patients managing chronic and specialized medical conditions. She later assumed the roles of  Pharmacist in Charge and Chief Compliance Officer, where she continues to oversee clinical excellence while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Figueroa recently completed her Master of Business Administration while balancing significant professional responsibilities and family life. She is a Licensed Pharmacist and holds Board Certification in Pharmacy, earned in 2022, a Certified Diplomat of Pharmacy Leadership credential received in 2023, and an IGCP Certification earned in 2024. She is also an active member of the Infusion Nurses Society, the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, and the National Home Infusion Association.

A defining milestone in her career was initiating care for her first home infusion patient while helping establish a new home infusion practice, an experience that reinforced her passion for delivering high quality healthcare directly to patients where they are most comfortable.

Looking ahead, Dr. Figueroa is preparing to open a franchise based home infusion pharmacy in Springfield, Massachusetts. Her vision is to expand access to safe, convenient in home IV therapy while delivering personalized care that allows patients to receive treatment with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Dr. Figueroa credits her husband for his unwavering encouragement and support throughout her professional journey and her mother for instilling the determination, perseverance, and resilience that have shaped her career. She is equally committed to setting an example for her children, encouraging her daughters to pursue their ambitions regardless of age or circumstance. Guided by a philosophy of compassion, operational excellence, and patient centered care, Dr. Figueroa remains dedicated to ensuring every patient receives the same level of care she would expect for her own family.
