With more than 20 years of excellence in the legal and finance fields to her credit, Ms. McCall has distinguished herself as a managing partner specializing in estate planning. 

Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. McCall earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in European Studies with honors from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1996. She subsequently attained a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999 and was admitted to the bar for Minnesota and Nebraska. In recognition of her talent and intelligence she was also inducted into MENSA International.

Following her academic accomplishments, Ms. McCall began her career as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve in Minneapolis before accepting a position as an managing partner with Kutak Rock LLP in Omaha. She subsequently joined First Data as an associate counsel before ultimately joining Legacy Design Strategies, an estate planning law firm headquartered in Nebraska with offices in North Dakota and Iowa in 2009. Within two years she took on managing the fiduciary services department utilizing her prior experience in finance. She added the role of the Chief Financial Officer to her duties in 2016. While continuing in this position she was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and also took over management of the settlement department in 2019. In 2022 she became the first equity partner in the firm when she was appointed as the managing partner, achieving recognition as one of the few women in Nebraska, North Dakota, and Iowa to serve in such a role.

As a lawyer specializing in estate planning, Ms. McCall works to ease the minds of her clients, both by designing and implementing plans to provide for their loved ones upon their disability and death as well as mitigating the grieving process of those left behind by handling the settlement of her clients' estates so their families can focus on healing during what is a difficult and stressful period in their lives. She plans to continue this work with her firm, aiming to double their revenue over the next several years.On a personal note, Ms. McCall and her husband Doug have three children. A lifelong supporter of education, she has volunteered for their schools in a variety of capacities for more than a decade. She is passionate about the arts and currently serves on the Board of the Omaha Performing Arts Presenters Circle. Ms. McCall is also a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council.
