In her current position, Ms. Paulson manages two of the largest territories with 1400 clients, develops and executes insurance and company contracts, oversee payroll, expenses and finances over her departments and territory management . In the first eleven months, Jill was responsible for increasing territory by 290%. With 31 years of experience in her field and 11 months in her current position, Ms. Paulson’s areas of expertise lie in the fields of community relations, marketing, and education. Professionally adept, Ms. Paulson also has extensive experience in admissions and project management, marketing campaign coordination, strategic planning and implementation, healthcare administration, healthcare development, managerial organization structure, regulatory compliance, and staff management/supervision/training.
Throughout her education and training, Ms. Paulson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Marketing & Communication with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. Furthermore, Ms. Paulson received an Associate’s Degree in Business from Lakeland Community College.
To broaden her professional development, Ms. Paulson is a member of American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO)/National Hospice Foundation, Health Information & Management Services, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), National Association for Home Care & Hospice, American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), and Council on Aging for Southern California.
