As a Long-Term, Care Consultant, Jillian specializes in pharmacy and facility education, researching and reconciling pharmacy and facility regulations, employee relations, reviewing and maintaining medical records, project management, and more. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and in her spare time enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, camping, traveling, spending time with family, and traveling. Throughout the course of her travels, Jillian has able to visit eight countries, thirteen states, and the District of Colombia.

During her educational career, she earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology from Eastern Washington University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Washington State University, and a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Whitman College. 

In addition to her degrees, Jillian holds a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Administration from Eastern Washington University, a Clinical Research Associate Certificate from the Kriger Research Center, and a Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certificate from the Washington State Department of Health.
