Jo Johnstone

Christiana, TN- Jo Johnstone is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a 2018 Lifetime Achiever in the field of Publishing in recognition of her role as Chief Executive Officer of William Johnstone Net.   

With legitimacy at the forefront of the company’s values, a small family owned and operated online entity, William Johnstone Net is a prose and poetry bookstore that has dedicated itself to, “providing a current and concise collection of books in every Johnstone genre”.  Named after William W. Johnstone an admired best-selling author of over 450 novels, the website hopes to provide a central way for Johnstone readers to view his work all in one place.

With its establishment starting over fourteen years ago, William Johnstone Net was taken over by Jo Johnstone upon the death of her uncle. Throughout the duration of her career, Johnstone has gained experience in the areas of marketing, advertising, merchandising, and customer service. In addition to serving in her current capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Johnstone owns a farm with her husband, where they run cattle.

In an effort to further enhance her professional development, Johnstone is an influential member of several organizations including the National Association of Professional Women.

Charitable to various organizations, Johnstone is an avid member of her local Chamber of Commerce, Books for Troops, Goodwill, and the Salvation Army.

Married with four children and six grandchildren, when she is not working, Johnstone enjoys both international and domestic travel and gardening.   

Johnstone would like to dedicate this recognition to her late Uncle Bill, who is an author and founder of William Johnstone Net.
