Karl works with all levels for schools involving grants and budgets, and provides assistance in the coordination of auditing for the US Department of Education, Illinois State Board of Education, single auditors and external auditors in the review of Chicago Public Schools. Karl also serves as a liaison between schools, departments, and network offices in the district.
Throughout his educational career, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University.
