Philadelphia,
PA - Keisha Robinson is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished
Executive for her work as a Life Coach and as the Founder of A
Touch of Key.
Growing
up in a drug-infested area of Philadelphia, Ms Robinson succumbed to drug use
at a young age. She became homeless and addicted to drugs, and found her life
was quickly coming unglued. She was on probation when she found the will to
thrive once again, and decided to enter a recovery house. Ms. Robinson made the
decision to stay for two years, gaining her sobriety back. The experience
forever changed her life - and she was determined to give back to her community
to prevent others from experiencing the same pain of addiction that she had
experienced. She took a Life Coaching course to gain her certification, and
then pursued her passion of helping others.
Ms.
Robinson says she has always been sought out as a helper. She founded A Touch
of Key, a nonprofit outreach organization dedicated to helping those in need in
the greater Philadelphia area. Jim Masters has recently interviewed her on
Close Up Radio about her experiences growing up in Philadelphia, and what led
her to life coaching. “I was like a magnet to people even in my darkest times,”
Ms. Robinson said. She detailed how she has helped her friends and clients
organize their lives, and create a plan for the future, and discussed her
extensive outreach efforts in areas in need. Ms. Robinson believes that helping
children is critical to help others from becoming a product of their
environment. She encourages her clients that they are never too late to change
their lives, and that even she is still developing who she will become, saying,
“You have some work to do, but it’s not your final destination.”
After
graduating high school, Ms. Robinson worked as the Senior Front Desk
Receptionist at a doctor’s office. She later took courses and earned multiple
certifications, including Life Coaching Certification, Certified Nail Tech,
Certified Massage Therapist, and CNA.
Today,
through her website https://atouchofkey.com/, Ms. Robinson is accepting new clients for Youth
Mentorship, Business Coaching, and Self Care courses. She works to feed the
homeless throughout Philadelphia, and is actively involved with volunteer work
throughout her community. Her words of wisdom are, “I want to heal one heart at
a time. We all have something special to offer the world. Allow me to help you
tap into yourself.”
She has
been awarded for her work with the CCMI Award, a profile recognition on EIN
Presswire, and her interview with Jim Masters for Close Up Radio.
In her
spare time, Ms. Robinson enjoys helping others, candle-making, and practicing
self-care, which she also blogs about, and expanding her brand. Ms. Robinson
loves to read - her favorite book is The Four Agreements - and
listen to motivational podcasts.
