Dr. Johar’s expertise encompasses physician relations, healthcare information technology, and healthcare management. She holds an MBBS from Daya Medical College in Punjab, India, and an MBA from the University of Toledo. Her early training was in internal medicine, and she is certified in Quality and Risk Management from the American College of Physician Advisors.

At Ensemble Health Partners, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Johar leads efforts to enhance physician relations and integrate HIT solutions that align with financial compensation practices. Her innovative approach has been recognized with the Innovation Award for developing an application that assists surgeons in their practice.

Dr. Johar is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Physician Advisors, Ohio Hospital Association of Physician Advisors, and the National Clinical Documentation Society. She is also a dedicated volunteer with the Lucas County Suicide Prevention Coalition.

Dr. Johar has authored the book, "DRG Tools” and is dedicated to advancing physician relations and healthcare technology to support high-quality patient care. Her professional journey is supported by her family, including her husband, Bikram Johar, MD, whom she has been married to for 35 years, and their two sons. She also honors the memory of her father, Kumar Ohari, MD, and appreciates the support of her mother, Anna Ohari, MD.
