Throughout her career with the United States Department of Health Resources, Dr. Primas was responsible for Counseling and Advising Women on General Health and Mental Health Issues. She is a former member of both the Gerontological Association and the International Psychogeriatric Association, and is also a former member of the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Primas earned her Ph.D. in Human Development from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Howard University. In addition, Dr. Primas also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from Morgan State University.
