As SVP and Statewide Manager, Martha works closely with public finance and funds, educating and consulting. She serves on the SFA Advisory Board for the School of Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences and on the board of The Daughters of World War II.

Martha maintains affiliation with several other organizations including Texas Women in Public Finance, Texas Association of Counties, County Treasurers Association of Texas, Government Finance Officers of Texas, Government Treasurers of Texas and the Texas Municipal League, and the National Association of Professional Women. In addition to her position at the bank, Martha teaches accredited banking classes for the financial organizations she is a member of.

Furthermore, she was selected as VIP Woman of The Year from the National Association of Professional Women, and enjoys history, fishing, hiking, reading and gardening in her spare time. 

Martha received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Languages from Stephen F. Austin State University.
