
Raymond B. White is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional as a result of 20 Years of Excellence in the field of Special Education. Raymond is the Chief Executive Officer of The Watson Institute, a company dedicated to providing Special Education Programs and Administration.
In his role as CEO, Raymond is responsible for Financial Management; Strategic Methodology and the Operation of Educational Programs for Special Needs Students. In addition, Raymond facilitates Special Education services for children between the ages of 3 and 21 who have been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Brain Injuries, Neurological Impairments and Emotional Challenges.
As a result of Raymond’s position as CEO, his leadership has allowed The Watson Institute to be selected from the western region of Pennsylvania to comprise the Autism Service, Education, Research and Training (ASERT) Center by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Health. This renowned center is coordinated by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Raymond is a member of the Pittsburgh Philharmonic and also serves as Chairman of the Dean's Visiting Committee of the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics. In addition, he is the Board President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the West Virginia University Alumni Association, the Allegheny Country Club, and Craig House of Craig Academy. He is a Board Member of the Boys' Club of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Ursuline Center, and the Boyd Community Center and Library. He is also a former president of the board of trustees of the Margaret H.W. Watson Foundation
Raymond earned his B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University and has completed coursework in Marketing Management at Columbia University's Columbia Business School.
