Yonkers, NY/ Continental Who’s Who/- Silvana Santos is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Real Estate. Silvana is a Property Manager at H.S.C. Management Corp.

Founded in 1977, H.S.C. Management Corp. has established a strong reputation in real estate management. Throughout the years, H.S.C has assisted property owners and affiliates with a variety of services including: management, human resources, communications, project management and first class customer service and satisfaction.

Silvana's interest for the Real Estate industry sparked at the age of nineteen. Since then she has worked her way up to her current position as Property Manager at H.S.C Management Corp where she manages operations for over 330 units and successfully builds and maintains strong relationships with her shareholders, board members, contractors, attorneys, accountants and vendors, all while instilling a sense of community within each building she manages. 

Silvana is a Certified Property Manager Candidate with IREM and New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public. She maintains various member affiliations with industry groups including; the Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, National Association of Professional Women where she was recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year, National Association of REALTORS and New York State Association of REALTORS, among many others. 

Silvana's professional goal is to continue building a reputation that represents integrity and quality hard work, as she pursues making a positive impact in the Real Estate and Property Management Industry. 

Silvana is also a Philanthropist at heart and donates her time, money and emotional support to causes that touch her heart. She is most passionate about charitable organizations for children and giving back to her community. She has assisted in accumulating and distributing over 3000 toys for Toys for Tots in Westchester County and the Bronx, supported New York Cares Coat Drive where over 257 coats where collected for winter season 2015/2016. Silvana also volunteers with Midnight Run which provides meals to homeless people in New York City and Horizon International with whom she assisted leading a youth group to South Africa to bring awareness and support to HIV/AIDS Orphans. 

Silvana attended Mercy College studying International Business Management and plans to continue her education by obtaining an MBA. She currently resides in Westchester County, NY.
