Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of the Year, Susan is an esteemed member of the National Association of Realtors, NYSAR and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, reading and travel.

Charitably, Susan is heavily involved with her community and volunteers locally for the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association.  She has served on a number of Committees in support of her church, the Larchmont Avenue Church located in Larchmont, NY.  Her positions have included Co-Chair of the Stewardship Committee, member of the Board of Trustees, and member of the Church and Society and Membership Committees. She frequently participates in volunteer activities as needed at the Church.

Susan resides in New Rochelle, NY with her husband Thomas Bigger who is Professor Emeritus of Medicine and of Pharmacology at Columbia University.  They are the proud parents of three adult children: Lynn Warr of Augusta, GA, Angela Harrison of Leavenworth, WA and Alex Bigger of Boynton Beach, FL. They have two grandsons: Robert Warr and Caden Peterson.

Susan earned her Master of Business Administration from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business in addition to her undergraduate degree in Economics from the Columbia University School of General Studies.
