Wilmington, NC/ Continental Who’s Who/- Susan V. Hale is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Research. Susan is the Senior Director of Clinical Data Services at Cato Research LTD. 

Catering to clients for over twenty five years, Cato Research LTD is an international regulatory and clinical contract research organization to assist the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. 

Possessing over thirty years of experience, Susan has been the Senior Director for two years where she oversees of activities and operations and works in the areas of business management, data management, leadership, regulatory compliance, quality and performance improvement and training. In this capacity, she provides assistance for resource study development and additional study management programs.  Her past experience includes clinical operations director, information technology manager, planning and contracting coordinator, and consulting.

A member of Worldwide Who’s Who, Susan maintains affiliation with the Yahweh Center Children’s Village, is an active member of the Eleemosynary Committee at CATO Research LTD, and supports several not-for-profit organizations.  In her spare time, Susan enjoys her dogs, entertaining, yard work, reading, traveling, and collecting artwork.

Throughout the course of her studies, Susan attained her Master of Business Administration from Averett University following her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Michigan University. She holds an additional Associates degree in Business Computer Programming and a certification through the Society for Clinical Data Management and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.
