Mr. Alinur started his journey as the Co-Founder of FirstRing in 1999 (currently known as Firstsource), one of India's first international call center. His pioneering spirit led him to build JP Morgan Chase Home Lending Services in the Philippines which would later become the company’s Shared Services Center of Excellence in Asia.
Since then, he worked with a number of major corporations, including AMEX, Apple, AT&T, Dell, Capital One, Liberty Latin America, and Spirit Airlines. Among his many achievements is the launch of the first digital messaging platform in the US Airline Industry, creating thousands of jobs while increasing guest satisfaction, and reducing operating costs.
Mr. Alinur continues to dedicate his career to customer engagements and technology innovations designed to disrupt the traditional and transform the Customer and Guest Care Experience.
