YESMIN APONTE-BALDWIN - DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jackson, NJ — Yesmin Aponte-Baldwin is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Business Professional in Technology and in acknowledgment of her outstanding work with Servicengine Corporation.
Since 2017, Ms. Aponte-Baldwin has served as the Director of Business Development for Servicengine Corp., a leader in innovative mobile technology for a global workforce. She is a worldwide compensation and relocation tax specialist with more than a decade of experience in the industry. She is also the youngest person in the history of Servicengine to serve as Director of Business Development. In her role, she works to develop and enhance products for Servicengine’s International Compensation Management and Tax Assistance modules.
Her previous responsibilities have included managing and directing global operational activities to deliver international payroll, financial management, relocation tax administration, client implementation projects, consulting services, and strategic planning. She has also served as a global compensation trainer and the primary interface between clients and third-party payroll providers. Her experience consists of working with clients that relocate employees globally and domestically.
Before accepting her current position, Ms. Aponte-Baldwin worked as an independent Registered Tax Professional from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, she served at MSI Global Talent Solutions from 2011 to 2017, including as Senior Director of Global Compensation Services and Expense Management during her last two years there. Before this, she was an International Human Resources Senior Associate for Deloitte Tax, LLP from 2005 to 2011.
In pursuit of her higher education, Ms. Aponte-Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business in 2005 from Sacred Heart University. She is a certified Global Mobility Specialist with Worldwide ERC and is a licensed Registered Tax Professional by the Internal Revenue Service.
She feels the key to her success is hard work, dedication, and a willingness to improve herself and the organization she serves continually. Looking to the future, she says she hopes “to continue to be challenged and expand my knowledge of technology.”
